Work with Mernc

We help founders and small teams turn an idea into a product that works, from the first sketch to a plan your developers can build, and on to a first version.

Three steps

Fixed prices. Each step leads to the next, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Step 1: AI-built App Audit

    A few days

A ranked list of what could break in an app made with AI coding tools: security, data access, sign-in and scaling, with a plan to fix each one.

    What you get

    • A report ranked by severity: security, data access, sign-in and scaling
    • A fix plan you can hand to any developer or AI coding tool
    • A call to walk through the findings

Fixed price. The fee counts toward a Blueprint or Build started within 30 days.

  2. Step 2: Product Blueprint

    2 to 3 weeks

Scope, user flows, data model and technical spec, written so your developers or AI coding tools can build straight from it.

    What you get

    • Scope, user flows and the data model
    • A technical spec and a build pack written for AI coding tools
    • A fixed build quote you can take anywhere

Fixed price. Ends with a fixed quote for the build that you can take anywhere.

  3. Step 3: Build Sprint

    4 to 8 weeks

A working first version, built from the Blueprint, with a demo every week.

    What you get

    • A working first version of the product
    • Weekly demos, so you see progress as it happens
    • Handover notes and the code, owned by you

Fixed price, set by the Blueprint.

We take two clients at a time.

How an engagement works

  1. Step 1

    Intro call

Twenty minutes on the problem, and whether we're the right people for it.

  2. Step 2

    Written proposal

Scope, timeline and price in writing, before any work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Delivery

Regular updates and demos, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

  4. Step 4

    Handover

Everything we made is yours: the documents, the designs and the code.

Tell us what you’re building

A few lines about the product and where it’s stuck is enough to start.
